Each project is treated and produced in a unique and customized way. A Project Manager (PM) is in charge of the project from start to finish, and is the leader of the interdisciplinary production team that knows each project in extreme detail. The PM receives, analyzes and processes the information of the new project. During the same day, we send the customer a detailed report requesting the necessary information, questions or concerns related to the start of the new project that must be addressed. Once complete information is in our hands we start the production process. During the production process, the customer will have close contact with his PM, being his only valid representative, by any means the customer may deem convenient: e-mail, telephone, chat (MSN or Skype.) The first step following the PM’s review and supervision is to deliver preliminary 3D renderings so that the customer can verify the model, camera options and materials. Once we receive the comments about the preliminary 3D renderings, the final stage begins, which entails correcting and adjusting what is necessary to achieve top quality and therefore satisfy the customer’s requirements. The final product (3d renderings, architectural animations, virtual tours, brochures, 3d floor plans and site plans) is sent on the agreed date, in the format and size required for perfect application, always being duly reviewed and checked by the PM, thus closing the production cycle.
