It is with great professional satisfaction and full satisfaction from the client that we announce that we have just finished the renderings for the project in Carmelo, Uruguay, for the international chain of hotels Howard Johnson.

 

The developer of this project is the company SZ Real Estate and the designs are owned by the architect Fernando Lopez Pons.

 

The 3D renderings that we produced were to reflect the strong relationship the building has with the surroundings areas and nature, as well as the virtues of the designs and solid architecture, keeping in mind that it was a riverside project.

Two Real Estate Fairs, Opinion

 

Real Estate Fairs are one of those moments ideal to analyze what´s happening in the Construction and Real estate world.

 

After a short tour around these events you are able to jump into critical conclusions about your own production, competition between similar products, ways to market and sell them, typologies, materials and general market trends.

 

Recently, the 3DM members assisted to the first of the two main real estate fairs to be held in Buenos Aires.
The Expo Real Estate took place at the Hilton Hotel of Puerto Madero during September 1st and 2nd . Though it was smaller than 2010 fair, the main players of the market were present: developers, investment, architects and constructors.

 

The next event will be held in november, days 8th to 10th, and it´s called the Real Estate Show. In 2009 3DM participated as one of the exhibitors of the fair.

A Zaha Hadid Project - 3d animation

 

The more spectacular and famous a project to represent is, the most is our challenge to boost up its features with the use of 3d animations.

 

When we first started to work on the animation of the Spiralling Tower designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid we renewed our trust and self confidence to exceed once again the goals and achieving a high end product.

 

The animation design and main idea was to follow the dynamics and complex geometry that the building was expressing by itself, but without loosing special attention to the materials with multiple reflections playing with the curves and corners.

 

To move away from the day routine to work with this kind of famous projects is always an experience to enjoy and obviously very stimulating for the teams involved in the production.

Horizontal Office buildings (renderings)

 

In last tuesday´s (August 9th – 2011) architecture section of Clarin newspaper edition we can find a project designed by the Mario Roberto Alvarez and Associates architecture firm. 3DM was involved in the creation of various renderings for several stages of the design process.

 

It was in the early days of August 2007 when we received the new office building project to work on. Due to the scale of the project it was almost a small urban intervention.

 

The project has a central axis dividing symmetrically 2 blocks of office buildings sharing common spaces in the ground floor. These blocks have glass facades that were deeply worked during the rendering process for them to show an accurate finish, color and reflection in their glass surfaces.

 

When the architecture firm designed this office complex they aimed to build an efficient space combining work, relax, leisure and business and therefore achieve a successful product.
