Paque Lambramani, Designs and Finished Building Work

 

We get extremely satisfied when we work in a project with renderings and animations in an early stage of design and it ends up being built, being a success in a contest or bid.
We have received, in the past few days, a set of pictures taken from the finished building work of the new Mall designed by BMA ( architecture firm ). The Mall is located in Arequipa, Perú.

 

Great was our surprise and satisfaction, when we got the chance to verify how similar the real pictures ended up looking compared to the renderings we had done in the design stage. This fact shows how usefull the production of Renderings and animations can be at the moment of deciding and designing spaces, colors and materials for any kind of project.

3DM Continues to work at Tortugas Open Mall

 

The first product we delivered for this project was the 3D Animation for the Mall´s opening promotions. We are now producing new Renderings and Animations for the not yet opened new attractions within the Mall´s entertainment areas.
Example of these is the Theatre, for which we produced a volumetric animation for the architect´s firm to verify the proportion, materials, lighting and accustic features of the project.

Product Rendering, a way to save money

 

It has always been a very complex process to organize and carry out a photography production of products (regardless of their size) for marketing purposes.
Nowadays it is possible to reduce costs of such production with the use of 3D Renderings, allowing also multiple angles, finishes samples, with a realistic final quality matching any real picture.
