We’re talking about Los Lagos, a mixed-use mega development in the Murcia region of southern Spain. It is structured around 5 artificial lakes where you can find luxury villas, condominiums, apartments for short-term rental, leisure areas, businesses, an auditorium, and even a 5-star hotel with rooms overlooking one of the lakes. In Stage 1 of the project, we were assigned the external renders and 3D animation of the 4 different types of luxury villas that alternate continuously around the entire edge of the VIP Laguna. Stage 2 was kicked off with the development of the project and the renders of an auditorium for 15,000 people, along with the renders of the condominiums. Currently, we are on Stage 3, creating the interior and exterior renders for the 5-star hotel.]]>
